I just got back from a meeting with my boss, I went to him saying that I wanted to quit...as I have not been performing to my best the last few months. I have been going through a spiral of anxiety and panic attacks since my father passed last year after a bout of advanced colon cancer, and have not been able to pull myself back for a prolonged period since of late. This article was indeed helpful for me, as I too need to pivot...I need to pivot immediately, unapologetically and faithfully...this was the advice from my boss as well...while he discouraged me from quitting....
